Titles

Edit the titles of multiple listings at once. The Title editor shows each listing with its title in an editable text field.

How to use it

1. Select Title from the Listings group in the sidebar.

2. Each listing appears with its current title in a text input.

3. Edit any title directly — changes are saved as drafts automatically.

4. Use the AI sparkle button to generate an improved title with options like Optimize, Make Longer, Make Shorter, Simplify Language, Change Tone, or a Custom Prompt.

5. Click Publish Listings when ready.

Tips & gotchas

• Titles have a 140 character limit. A character count helps you stay within bounds.

• Etsy prohibits certain characters: $, ^, backtick, and .. These are flagged as validation errors.

• More than 3 consecutive ALL-CAPS words are flagged. Use sentence case for readability and SEO.

• Use the search bar to filter listings when working with a large batch.

• AI batch processing can generate titles for all selected listings at once — much faster than one at a time.
