Pricing

Update prices, quantities, and SKUs across multiple listings. Pricing is managed through the Variations editor — where you can set base prices for simple listings or per-variant prices for listings with variations.

How to use it

1. Select Variations from the Inventory group in the sidebar.

2. For listings without variations, you'll see the base price, quantity, and SKU fields.

3. For listings with variations, each variant row shows its own price, quantity, and SKU.

4. Edit values directly — changes are saved as drafts automatically.

5. Click Publish Listings when ready.

Etsy limits

Prices below $0.20 are automatically clamped to the minimum. Zero quantities default to 1.

Tips & gotchas

• If a listing has no variations, the price, quantity, and SKU appear as simple fields in the Variations editor.

• Pricing changes are validated before publishing — the editor will flag any values outside Etsy's allowed range.

• Use the search bar to filter to specific listings when updating prices across a large batch.

• For listings with many variants, each row in the variation grid has its own price, quantity, and SKU — you can update them individually.
