Bulk Editor

Edit multiple Etsy listings at the same time instead of updating them one by one. Select a batch of listings from your Listing Optimizer dashboard, make changes across any combination of fields, and publish all updates to Etsy in a single operation.

What you can do with Bulk Editor

• Edit titles, descriptions, tags, photos, video, and materials across multiple listings

• Update variations with per-variant pricing, quantity, and SKUs

• Change shipping profiles, return policies, shop sections, and listing state

• Manage personalization settings and digital file attachments

• Update categories and category-specific attributes

• Use AI to generate or improve titles, descriptions, and tags

• Apply presets to bulk-fill fields across all selected listings

• Undo changes (up to 50 undo steps) before publishing

• Publish all changes with real-time progress tracking

Getting started

1. Open Listing Optimizer and select listings using the checkboxes in the table.

2. Click Bulk Edit in the toolbar.

3. The Bulk Editor opens with your selected listings loaded.

If you navigate to the Bulk Editor without selecting listings, you'll be redirected back to the Listing Optimizer.

Page layout

Sidebar (left) — Lists all editable field sections organized into four groups:

Click any section to load its editor in the main area. A blue Edited badge appears next to sections with pending changes. A red Error badge appears if a section has validation problems.

Main area (right) — Shows the active editor. Each editor displays the current value for every selected listing, and you can edit them individually. Use the search bar at the top to filter listings by title.

Publishing changes

1. The Publish Listings button in the top bar shows how many listings have pending changes (e.g., "Publish Listings(5)").

2. Click it to send all changes to Etsy.

3. A progress indicator tracks each listing as updates are processed.

4. Listings are updated independently — if one fails, the rest continue.

The Publish button is disabled if any section has validation errors. Fix the errors first, then publish.

Only one bulk update can run per shop at a time. Wait for the current batch to finish before starting another.

Undo and safety

• Click Undo to revert the most recent change. Up to 50 undo steps are available.

• If you try to navigate away or close the browser with unsaved changes, a confirmation dialog prevents accidental loss.

• Changes are not sent to Etsy until you click Publish, so experiment freely.

AI integration

The Title, Description, and Tags editors support AI content generation. Click the AI sparkle button on any listing to generate or improve content. Choose from Optimize, Make Longer, Make Shorter, Simplify Language, Change Tone, or enter a Custom Prompt. You can also run AI across multiple listings at once with batch processing.

Applying presets

Click Presets in the sidebar to apply a saved preset across all selected listings. Choose which fields to apply — the preset values overwrite those fields on every listing in your selection.

Etsy field limits

The Bulk Editor validates these limits before publishing and shows errors for any violations.
