If someone else helps manufacture your products, Etsy requires you to disclose production partners on your listings. The Bulk Editor lets you manage this across multiple listings.
How it works
Production partners are set up in your Etsy shop settings. In the Bulk Editor, production partner assignment works alongside the Listing Details editor — specifically the "Who made it" field.
Select Listing Details from the Listings group in the sidebar.
Set Who made it to "Another company or person" for listings produced by a partner.
The production partner assignment becomes available for those listings.
Tips & gotchas
Production partners must be set up in your Etsy shop settings first. ListingView pulls your existing partners from Etsy.
Etsy requires production partner disclosure when you select "Another company or person" for the "Who made it" field. This is an Etsy policy requirement, not optional.
If you switch between "I did" and "Another company or person" frequently, consider using presets with the correct core details pre-filled for each product type.
Print-on-demand sellers typically need to set up their POD provider as a production partner.
