Edit the tags on multiple listings at once. The Tags editor shows the current tags for each listing as removable pills with an input to add new ones.
How to use it
Select Tags from the Listings group in the sidebar.
Each listing shows its current tags as pills. Click × on any tag to remove it.
Type a new tag and press Enter to add it.
Use the AI sparkle button to generate tag suggestions based on the listing's title and content.
Click Publish Listings when ready.
Tips & gotchas
Etsy allows 13 tags max, each up to 20 characters. Use all 13 slots — empty tag slots are wasted SEO opportunity.
Duplicate tags (case-insensitive) are automatically prevented.
Focus on long-tail, specific tags ("handmade leather wallet") rather than broad single words ("wallet").
Research tags first using the Database, Listing Explorer, or Tag Analyzer to find tags with the best Opportunity Scores.
AI batch processing can generate tags for all selected listings at once.
