Shipping

Assign shipping profiles to multiple listings at once. The Shipping editor shows a dropdown for each listing where you can select from your shop's existing shipping profiles.

How to use it

1. Select Shipping from the Settings group in the sidebar.

2. Each listing shows a dropdown with your shop's available shipping profiles.

3. Select the appropriate profile for each listing.

4. Click Publish Listings when ready.

Tips & gotchas

• Shipping profiles are managed in your Etsy shop settings, not in ListingView. The dropdown shows whatever profiles you've created on Etsy.

• The Shipping editor only applies to physical listings. Digital listings don't require a shipping profile.

• When switching a listing's shipping profile, double-check that the new profile covers the right shipping destinations and rates.

• You can use presets to apply the same shipping profile across all selected listings at once.
