Filtering Listings and Shops in the Database is rebuilt to be quicker and more precise.

• Add filter: pick a column, a rule (at least, between, includes, before…) and a value. Each filter becomes a chip you can edit in place

• Filter on almost any column, including sales, revenue, price, reviews, favorites, views, date listed, category, tags and processing time. Shops can now be filtered by category

• Filter by any value straight from a cell or the row menu, and jump from a shop to its listings with View this shop’s listings

• Saved filters live in a new Saved menu. Your existing saved filters carry over, and your default one applies as soon as the page loads

• A result count sits beside your filters, and Undo brings back filters you’ve removed

• Press / to search and F to add a filter. Menus across the app now work with the arrow keys and type-to-find

Listing Explorer now reads like Shop Analyzer, with the numbers that matter up top.

• A photo mosaic header. Click any photo to open a full-screen viewer

• Sales for the last 30 days, 60 days, 6 months and 1 year, each with the change from the period before

• Sections for analytics, listing score, tags, description, listing information and the shop behind it

Etsy now allows a third variation, like size, color and sleeve length, and ListingView supports it wherever you build listings.

• Bulk Edit handles 3-variation listings for variations, prices, quantities and SKUs, and Bulk Create can create them

• Up to 2,500 combinations with 3 variations, and 400 with fewer

• Adding a variation keeps your existing prices and quantities

Print-on-demand listings in the Bulk Editor now look and work like the rest of your listings.

• The same search bar and Filters menu, so you can filter by any mix of colors and sizes

• One Update applies to just the variants you’ve filtered, across print-on-demand and regular listings

• Raise or lower prices and quantities by an amount or a percentage

• See how many variants and listings a change reaches before you save, and click Show these to see them

Picking or changing a plan is now a short, guided flow inside the app.

Fixes that shipped on October 8.

• Print-on-demand listings that mix products, like a matte poster and a framed poster, now publish every product to Etsy, and partial saves are reported as partial

• After your first print-on-demand listing, the popup says it went up as a draft. Notifications show your shop’s name, and long option names like poster sizes rename and save again

• Single Create no longer shows a false duplicate-SKU warning on print-on-demand listings

• Orders tells you when Etsy refuses a tracking update for partner-access reasons, instead of only asking you to reconnect

• Prep Studio saves PNG and JPEG designs up to 16,384 px on the long side, up from 8,192

• Checkout: a declined card now says so instead of showing “Payment received”, /checkout offers Try again instead of a blank page, and Edit billing opens even with a pop-up blocker on

• Shop Analyzer: gallery prices show as money, and figures no longer wrap mid-number or show −0.0%

Titles are now checked against Etsy’s rules before you create or publish, so a listing isn’t refused at the last step.

• No more than 3 words in all capitals

• Titles must start with a letter or a number

• %, :, & and + can each be used once

• The error names the words that break a rule, so you know what to change

• If a single create still fails, a notice explains why and everything you entered stays filled in

• Titles you haven’t changed on existing listings aren’t newly blocked

• Bulk Edit: changing only Who made it, When was it made or What is it now publishes, and When was it made lists Etsy’s current ranges, including 2020–2026

• Printify-routed listings: category and attribute changes now save

• Bulk price edits on routed print-on-demand listings no longer say Updated when Etsy kept the old price. You see whether each one updated, partly updated or didn’t change

• Sizes added with Edit Options now show up in the editor

• After you replace a mockup template’s image, the editor, thumbnails and print-on-demand publishing all use the new image, and some replaced templates no longer crash the editor

• The link to confirm a new email address now works when you’re already signed in

A new plan picker makes changing plans quick and transparent.

• A new in-app plan picker shows each plan’s price, monthly or yearly, and exactly what it adds

• Enter a promo code in the picker, and promo links apply their code automatically

Keep track of every batch, and get deleted ones back.

• Give any batch a name right from the Prep Studio header

• Delete a batch you no longer need; anything already saved to your Library stays there

• Restore a deleted batch from Batches ▸ Recently deleted for up to 30 days

• Deleting a batch frees its storage straight away

Straighten designs to any angle, and stop a run without starting over.

• A new Tilt control on the Crop card rotates a design to any angle in 0.1° steps, next to the 90° Turn buttons

• Tilted designs shrink to stay inside the print area, the Final look preview updates as you drag, and your original file is never changed

• Stopping a batch while it’s preparing sends it back to an editable draft; designs that already finished are kept, so preparing again only does the rest

• Stopping mid-save keeps whatever already reached your Library and returns the rest to draft

• Commit cleanup in the Eraser no longer fails on large designs, and a detail meter warns before a cleanup gets too detailed to save

• When the Eraser is unavailable it tells you why, and when it will be back

• Save up to 12 favourite preview-background colours so they’re one click away

Big workflows are easier to read and faster to change.

• Rename Text generator and prompt nodes (press F2, double-click, or use the inspector) and give each one an icon and colour

• Select several nodes to edit them together: change the model, resolution, aspect ratio, quality, format or background at once, or replace or add to their prompts

• Hover a node for quick actions: Run a Text generator, make Variations of an image, or Duplicate it

• New keyboard shortcuts with hints in the node toolbar, including [ and ] to flip through results, ⌘/Ctrl+E to convert to an image, and ⇧1, ⇧2 and ⇧0 to fit content, fit the selection or show actual size (⌘/Ctrl+1 now fits content)

• Connections into a running node animate, so you can see what’s working

• Text generators accept up to 10 reference images, up from 4 (some models allow fewer)

The Design Canvas is available to everyone, and big boards feel faster.

• The Design Canvas is now open on every plan, including Free; generating uses your AI tokens

• Large boards pan, zoom and drag much more smoothly, and selecting a node responds about twice as fast

• Error messages name the actual problem, such as a model that can’t read images or images that are too large, and Retry only appears when retrying can help

• Brief AI provider hiccups are retried automatically, and if the service is busy you’re told so and no tokens are charged

• Convert to image copies keep the original’s size, position, crop, rotation and flip

• Opening a busy board no longer leaves “Image unavailable” tiles

Park a bulk edit to finish later, and see exactly what an update did.

• Leaving the Bulk Editor now offers Save for later; saved edits live under the new Bulk Editor item in the sidebar, ready to resume or delete (saved in this browser)

• The main button now reads Publish to Etsy, so it’s clear where your edits go

• Price, quantity and SKU edits go through on listings whose turned-off variations hold different quantities

• If an update stops early, you see how many listings updated, failed or weren’t reached, and one click opens the ones that didn’t update

• Retry now includes the listings a stopped update never reached

Add a second listing video, and fill in package details for calculated shipping.

• Add up to two videos per listing wherever you create or edit listings: single and Bulk Create, the listing editor, the Bulk Editor and presets

• In the Bulk Editor, add a second video or replace the existing ones

• Videos added directly on Etsy now show in ListingView and are never removed when you save

• If a video doesn’t make it to Etsy, you’re told which listing and why instead of seeing a success message

More ways to reuse your work across listings.

• Copy listings in the Listing Optimizer now creates Etsy drafts of any listing type, up to 25 at a time; print-on-demand copies keep their products and designs, and digital copies keep their files

• A new Regenerate mockups button in the listing editor’s Photos & Videos section re-renders a listing’s mockups, which go to Etsy on your next save or publish

• Choose a design from your library while adding a mockup in the listing editor

• Preset cards now show a preview image

• Bulk Create automatically retries mockups that fail to render for a temporary reason

• Editing one preset’s prices no longer changes another preset

Copy any asset in one click, and build designs from several images.

• Duplicate any asset from its ⋯ menu, or up to 50 at once from the bulk toolbar

• A duplicate is a full working copy: a mockup template keeps its image, regions, rules and layers

• Copies land in the same collections, except collections delivered to buyers

• On Plus and above, add images as layers in the asset editor by dragging them onto the canvas or with Add a layer → Image

• PNG, JPG, WebP and GIF layers up to 25 MB each; layer images count toward your storage

• Fixed: the No collection filter, scrolling through files uploaded together, and Download library all work reliably

Clearer guardrails before anything changes on Etsy or Printify.

• Deleting a design used by print-on-demand listings now shows exactly which listings will be removed from Etsy and Printify, and asks you to type DELETE first

• You can replace the design’s file instead, and the delete is blocked while those listings have open orders

• Create is blocked if a turned-on colour has no design assigned, and the message names the colour

• A clear message when turned-on variations have no price, pointing you to the Variations table

• Printify products created for order routing now note that they shouldn’t be published

Charts are easier to read, and new shops show up sooner.

• Chart tooltips show the full date, including the year, across Shop Analyzer, Listing Explorer, the Listing Optimizer, Tag Analyzer and Orders

• Product database listings no longer show $0 revenue for listings with variation pricing, including print-on-demand listings

• If AI hands back your existing title unchanged, it tries once more and doesn’t charge you

• Mockups: designs that run past the print area are clipped instead of failing, masked regions at the photo’s edge render, and region opacity set in the Asset Library editor is applied

• Print-on-demand drafts that can’t be confirmed right away are re-checked automatically, and brief Etsy hiccups when writing SKUs are retried for you

• Listing Optimizer shops stuck on “syncing” recover on their own, and only one refresh runs per shop at a time

A round of fixes that shipped between September 11 and 18.

• Presets that were used in Bulk Create can be deleted again, and print-on-demand presets with no Printify product are flagged as “setup incomplete” before you use them

• Retry and Remove are now available in Bulk Create’s enlarged mockup preview

• SKUs can use any printable character

• Mockups re-render whenever you move the design, swap the template or replace the artwork

• Tag Analyzer limits are 1.5× higher, and checking on a running analysis no longer counts against them

• The Listing Optimizer shows how many listings are selected, with a Clear button, and changing sort, search or filters clears selections you can no longer see

• Deleting your account now confirms it, and explains that logging back in within 30 days restores it

Digital delivery PDFs get seven designed templates, colour palettes and a live preview.

• Choose Classic, Modern, Minimal, Elegant, Vibrant, Studio Dark or Editorial from a new template gallery

• Pick a colour palette or pull one from your logo, and set separate heading and body fonts

• A live preview updates as you change settings, with a compare toggle and a picker to preview any listing

• Settings are template-first: knobs a template already handles are disabled, and Reset returns a knob to the template’s own value

• Each row shows an applicability chip explaining why an edit will or won’t apply to it

• Photos, Category and Variations share one editor shell that stays fast on large selections and keeps your focus where it was

Big boards stay responsive, and every board has a link.

• Images render at a resolution matched to your zoom, so boards with many large images pan and zoom smoothly

• Open any board by URL, with browser back and forward working across boards

• Zoom out to 5%, and connections fade below 20% so the overview stays readable

• Node chrome stays aligned and sharp during pan and zoom gestures

• Inspector panels flex so the Generate button is always visible, and text panels scroll on touch

• Restoring a board no longer leaves a ghost image, and a recipe’s prompt takes priority in the composer

Every place you pick an asset now searches the server and filters the same way.

• The Browse Library Files tab, the mockup artwork tray, slot configuration and the asset picker share one search and filter bar

• Search matches file names and tags, and results page in with Load more instead of a fixed cap

• Filter pills are keyboard-operable, and clearing a search cancels the pending request

• Uploads stay visible and selectable whatever you’ve searched

• A failed load clears stale rows and offers Retry

Dead Printify connections are caught and explained, and routed orders recover from more failures.

• When a Printify connection stops working you get an in-app notification and an email with a Reconnect link

• Connections refresh on a daily schedule so tokens no longer expire quietly

• The shop picker shows real channel names with an icon per channel, and confirms before mapping to the wrong channel

• Transient Printify errors and missing address details on orders are retried and healed automatically

• Approve actions wait until an order has an address and a fulfillable status, with remediation steps on the order timeline

• Buyer variant choices with prefixed labels and per-product print-area positions resolve correctly

• Listings over the 100-variant cap are re-driven through the variant split, and unpinned catalog picks default to Printify Choice

Fixes across the Listing Optimizer, orders, research and the app shell.

• The Listing Optimizer no longer opens on an empty state or errors when sorting on first load, and its sections load faster

• The Orders page shows the shop overview again with refreshed metric cards, and empty charts draw a baseline

• Research sales and revenue estimates are labelled as approximate

• Tag Analyzer trend sorting works again, and PDF page counts read correctly

• Listing details refresh immediately after an update instead of showing cached attributes

• After a new release the app reloads stale code itself instead of showing a blank page

• Cancelling a subscription warns how many POD and digital listings will stop delivering, and asks you to disconnect Printify first

The routing flow now covers editing after publish and per-product print placement, and explains Printify’s refusals in plain language.

• Each product has its own print area and placement with a fit setting, and every product is linked automatically

• Editing options on a routed listing updates the Printify product to match, with a Retry if the sync is interrupted

• Manual print sizes that overflow the print area are flagged in the placement editor

• Each Etsy shop maps to exactly one Printify shop, and the mapping dialog shows when a channel is disconnected

• After you reconnect Printify, drafts that failed on the old connection are re-driven automatically

• The status banner explains rejected credentials, design-file limits and Etsy variant limits in plain language, alongside the provider’s own message

• The Printify “Connected” chip reflects the real connection state, unlinking is a clearly marked destructive action, and single-option products work in preset mode

A shared upload engine now powers every drop zone in the app.

• Files upload straight to storage, five at a time, with a fallback path when direct upload isn’t available

• A dock at the bottom of the dashboard shows every file as queued, uploading, processing or failed, across pages

• Transient failures retry automatically with backoff, and stalled uploads are detected instead of hanging

• Failed files show the reason, and any batch holding an affected file is warned

• Dropping the same file twice is deduplicated

Follow-up refinements to the AI Design Canvas.

• Option-drag duplicates a whole multi-selection with its connections intact

• The top bar shows your token balance with a hover breakdown, beside the board name and save state

• A new hex-lattice background and smoother wheel zoom; connectors thin and fade as you zoom out so large boards stay readable

• “Run pipeline” is now “Run workflow”, and dock icons and labels were refreshed

Newly published POD listings are routed to Printify automatically. ListingView creates a matching product in your Printify shop and writes its SKUs onto the Etsy listing, so Printify picks up every order on its own.
