Images

Manage photos and video across multiple listings at once. The Photos editor lets you upload new images, reorder existing ones, and delete photos you no longer need. The Video editor handles listing video separately.

How to use it — Photos

1. Select Photos from the Listings group in the sidebar.

2. Each listing shows its current images in a draggable grid. The first image is the primary (thumbnail) image.

3. Upload — Drag images onto a listing's photo area or click to browse files.

4. Reorder — Drag images to change their order. The first position becomes the primary listing image.

5. Delete — Click the delete button on any image to remove it.

6. Click Publish Listings when ready.

How to use it — Video

1. Select Video from the Listings group in the sidebar.

2. Upload a video file or remove the existing one.

3. Etsy allows one video per listing. Supported formats: MP4, MOV, AVI, FLV, 3GP. Maximum 100 MB.

Tips & gotchas

• Etsy allows a maximum of 10 photos per listing.

• The images must be at least 2000×2000 pixels.

• Reordering matters — your primary image is what buyers see first in search results, so put your strongest photo in position 1.

• Videos must be 3–15 seconds long with a minimum resolution of 500px.

• You can browse your Asset Library to select images you've already uploaded.
