Searching & Filtering

With over 134 million listings in the Database, finding what you need means narrowing the data down to your niche. Use keyword search to find specific products and combine it with filters to dial in on exactly the type of listings, shops, or tags you're researching.

Searching by keyword

Type into the search bar at the top of the table to filter results by title or name. Results update as you type. Click the X icon to clear your search.

Using filters

Open the filter panel to access 19 filters organized into three groups. Set values for any combination of filters and results update automatically.

Active filter chips

When filters are active, you'll see a count showing how many filters are applied. Remove individual filters by clearing their values in the filter panel, or reset everything at once.

Tips & best practices

  • Combine keyword search with metric filters for niche research. For example, search "candle" and filter Mo. Sales to 50+ to find candle listings that are actually selling.

  • Use exclusion keywords to clean up results. If you're researching "mug" but keep seeing "rug," add "rug" to Keywords to Exclude.

  • Start broad, then narrow. Apply one or two filters at a time and check the results before adding more.

  • The Price and Sales range filters are especially useful for finding underserved market segments — products with high demand but few competitors in a price range.

Common questions

Do filters apply across all three tabs?
Keyword and attribute filters are specific to the tab you're on. When you switch between Listings, Shops, and Tags, the available filters may differ slightly based on what data that tab contains.

How do I clear all filters?
Open the filter panel and clear each active filter, or use the reset option to remove all filters at once.

Can I save a filter combination?
Filter settings persist during your session. If you leave the page and come back, you may need to reapply them.
