Exporting Data
Export your current Database view to a CSV file for use in spreadsheets, reports, or other tools. The export captures exactly what you see — your selected columns, active filters, sort order, and timeframe all carry over into the file.
How to export
Set up your view with the columns, filters, sorting, and timeframe you want.
Click the Export to CSV button (download icon) in the toolbar.
A CSV file downloads automatically. The filename follows the pattern
{type}_export_{date}.csv— for example,listings_export_2026-03-31.csv.
What's included
The CSV contains every row in your current filtered view with the columns you've selected. This means:
Column presets matter — if you're using the "Sales Performance" preset, only those columns appear in the export. Switch to a different preset or enable additional columns before exporting if you need more data.
Filters carry over — only the rows matching your active filters are exported.
Timeframe applies — the Sales, Revenue, and Trend values reflect your currently selected timeframe.
The file opens in Excel, Google Sheets, Numbers, or any tool that reads CSV.
Plan restrictions
CSV export is a premium feature. On the FREE and LIFETIME plans, the Export to CSV button shows a crown icon and requires an upgrade. All paid subscription plans include full export access.
Tips & best practices
Set up your columns and filters before exporting so the CSV contains exactly what you need — no cleanup required.
Use column presets to quickly configure exports for different purposes. The "Product Research" preset makes a great competitor report; "Sales Performance" works well for revenue analysis.
Export different timeframes of the same filtered data to compare performance across periods.
Common questions
Does the export include all pages or just the current page?
The export includes your full filtered dataset, not just the rows visible on the current page.
What format is the file?
Standard CSV (comma-separated values). It opens directly in Excel, Google Sheets, Numbers, and most spreadsheet or data tools.
