Flexible Timeframe
The Database doesn't lock you into a single time window. The Flexible Timeframe selector lets you change the period used for the Sales, Revenue, and Trend columns — so you can compare what's selling right now versus what's been performing over the long term.
How it works
The timeframe selector sits in the Database toolbar. When you change the timeframe, three columns update to reflect the new period:
Sales — Number of sales within the selected timeframe
Revenue — Total revenue within the selected timeframe
Trend — Performance trend direction within the selected timeframe
The column headers update to show the active period (e.g., "7d Sales," "Monthly Revenue," "6mo Trend") so you always know what time window you're looking at.
Available timeframes
Option | Period | Column prefix |
|---|---|---|
Last 7 days | Past week | 7d |
Last 1 month | Past 30 days | Monthly |
Last 2 months | Past 60 days | 2mo |
Last 6 months | Past 180 days | 6mo |
Last 12 months | Past 365 days | 12mo |
All time | Entire listing history | Total |
Tips & best practices
Use Last 7 days to catch what's trending right now — products with sudden spikes in sales or revenue that might signal an emerging opportunity.
Use Last 1 month for a balanced view of recent performance without the noise of daily fluctuations. This is the default for a reason.
Use Last 6 months or Last 12 months to identify evergreen products that sell consistently over time, not just seasonal spikes.
Use All time to see the full picture of a listing's lifetime performance — useful for identifying established bestsellers.
Compare timeframes by switching between them on the same set of filtered results. A listing with high "All time" sales but low "7d" sales might be declining; the opposite might be a rising star.
Common questions
Does the timeframe affect filters too?
The Mo. Sales and Mo. Revenue filters in the filter panel are influenced by the selected timeframe. When you change the timeframe, the data those filters operate on updates accordingly.
Does the timeframe apply to all three tabs?
Yes. Switching the timeframe updates the Sales, Revenue, and Trend columns across the Listings, Shops, and Tags tabs.
Which timeframe is selected by default?
The default is Last 1 month (Monthly), which gives a solid balance of recency and stability.
