Column Presets
The Database has over 20 columns of data for each listing, but you don't need to see them all at once. Column presets let you instantly switch between purpose-built views — or build your own custom layout with exactly the columns you care about.
Built-in presets
Open the Manage Columns dialog to choose from five research-focused presets:
Preset | Best for | Columns shown |
|---|---|---|
Default | Quick scanning | Title, Shop, Sales, Revenue, Trend, Category, Age, Type, Conversion |
SEO & Optimization | Listing quality analysis | Title, Sales, Title Length, Tags Count, Category, Reviews, Rating, Views, Favorites, Age |
Trending & New | Spotting emerging products | Title, Trend, Age, Sales, Revenue, Price, Favorites, Views, Outlier |
Sales Performance | Revenue-focused analysis | Title, Shop, Price, Sales, Revenue, Trend, Conversion, Feature Rank, Shop Sales |
Product Research | Competitor & niche research | Title, Shop, Price, Sales, Revenue, Trend, Reviews, Rating, Favorites, Date Listed, Type |
Click any preset name to apply it instantly. The table updates to show only those columns.
Customizing your columns
Beyond presets, you can build your own layout:
Open Manage Columns from the toolbar.
Toggle individual columns on or off using the checkboxes. Columns are organized into six groups: Essential Details, Ranking & Visibility, Engagement & Social Proof, Pricing & Listing Info, Product Attributes, and Shop Info.
Drag columns to reorder them — the order in the dialog matches the order in the table.
Click Apply Changes to save your layout.
Your custom column selection is saved as the Custom preset and persists between sessions.
Quick actions
Enable all — Show every available column at once. Useful when you want to see everything and then remove what you don't need.
Restart — Reset back to the Default preset. Clears any custom column selections.
Tips & best practices
Use SEO & Optimization when auditing listing quality — it surfaces title length, tags count, and rating so you can spot weak spots.
Use Trending & New to find emerging products before they get competitive. The Trend and Outlier columns highlight listings with unusual momentum.
Use Sales Performance when you want a revenue-focused view for comparing top sellers in a niche.
Switch presets depending on your task rather than cramming all columns into one view. Fewer columns means faster scanning and less horizontal scrolling.
Common questions
Do column presets apply to all three tabs?
Column settings are specific to the tab you're viewing. The Listings tab, Shops tab, and Tags tab each have their own column options relevant to their data type.
Will my custom columns be saved if I close the browser?
Yes. Your custom column layout persists between sessions.
