Uploading & Replacing Images
Uploading & Replacing Images
Add a logo and banner image to your delivery PDF to reinforce your brand. You can set images globally so they apply to every listing, or upload different images for specific listings as overrides. Images save immediately on upload — no need to wait for auto-save.
What you can do with image uploads
Upload a custom logo image (JPEG, PNG, WebP, or GIF)
Upload a full-width banner image in the same supported formats
Use your connected Etsy shop logo instead of uploading a file
Set different logo and banner images per listing as overrides
Replace an existing image by uploading a new one
Remove an image to revert to no logo or no banner
How to upload and replace images
Upload a global logo
Open PDF Delivery Settings from the dashboard menu.
Find the Logo row in the Header section.
Choose your source:
Select Shop Logo to use your connected Etsy shop's icon automatically.
Select Choose File to upload a custom image.
Upload — Select a JPEG, PNG, WebP, or GIF file. An "Uploading..." indicator appears while the file is processed.
Replace — Click Change File and select a new image.
Remove — Click Remove to delete the logo entirely.
Upload a global banner
Find the Banner row in the Header section.
Click Choose File and select an image. Wider landscape images work best.
Preview — After upload, a preview appears showing how the banner will be cropped (object-fit: cover).
Replace or remove — Same as logo: click Change File to replace or Remove to delete.
Upload images for a specific listing
Open the Listing Optimizer and select the listing.
Navigate to the PDF delivery panel.
Upload a logo or banner — The same upload flow applies.
Override behavior — A per-listing image overrides the global image for that listing only.
Reset to global — Remove the per-listing image to fall back to the global setting.
Use your Etsy shop logo
Select Shop Logo from the logo source dropdown and ListingView fetches your connected Etsy shop's icon automatically. This works for both global settings and per-listing overrides.
Key concepts
Global images — Logo and banner set on the PDF Delivery Settings page. Apply to every listing by default.
Per-listing image overrides — Uploaded from the Listing Optimizer's PDF delivery panel. Replace the global images for that listing only.
Immediate upload — Image uploads are sent to the server immediately when you select a file.
Supported formats — JPEG, PNG, WebP, and GIF.
Tips & best practices
Use a transparent PNG for your logo so it blends cleanly with any background color.
Keep banner images wide and short — a 1200 x 200px image at 2x resolution works well.
Upload a logo at least 300px wide for crisp rendering in the high-DPI PDF.
Test the logo and banner together in the preview. Simpler is usually better.
Keep a consistent visual style across listings when using per-listing overrides.
Common questions
What image formats are supported?
JPEG, PNG, WebP, and GIF.
Is there a file size limit?
Typical logo and banner files (under 5 MB) upload without issue.
Can I use my Etsy shop logo without uploading a file?
Yes. Select Shop Logo from the dropdown.
What dimensions should my banner be?
Landscape-oriented, at least 1200px wide. The banner is cropped to fill the width of the PDF.
What happens if I remove a per-listing logo?
The listing falls back to your global logo setting.
