Generate a live preview of your delivery PDF to see exactly what buyers receive. The preview uses your current settings — colors, fonts, images, and content blocks — rendered into a sample PDF with placeholder files so you can verify the layout before any buyer sees it.
What you can do with Preview & Formatting
Generate a sample PDF using your current global settings
Generate a listing-specific preview that merges global settings with per-listing overrides
Check how colors, fonts, logo, and banner look together

How to use Preview & Formatting
Generate a global preview
Open PDF Delivery Settings from the main dashboard menu.
Switch to Preview — Click the Preview tab at the top of the page.
Wait for generation — A loading spinner appears while the PDF is rendered server-side.
Review the PDF — The preview displays in an embedded viewer. Scroll through to check every section.
Switch back to Source — Click the Source tab to return to editing.
Generate a listing-specific preview
Open the Listing Optimizer and select a listing.
Navigate to the PDF delivery panel within the listing editor.
Click Preview — The preview merges your global settings with any per-listing overrides.
Formatting options reference
Colors

Fonts

Available fonts: Helvetica, Arial, Inter, Roboto, Georgia, Times New Roman, Playfair Display, Merriweather.

Content block layout
Content blocks appear in this order in the PDF:
Header — Logo, banner, shop name, PDF title
Thank-you message — Centered greeting text
Download buttons — "Download All" and/or individual file buttons
Instructions — Heading + body text
Coupon block — Highlighted card with heading, code badge, and description
Social links — Platform icons with URLs and CTA text
Footer — Footer text and optional ListingView branding
Each block only appears if its toggle is enabled and it has content.
Tips & best practices
Preview after every significant change — especially after uploading a new logo or banner.
Check both the global preview and at least one listing-specific preview if you use per-listing overrides.
Pay attention to color contrast. Dark text on a dark background will be hard for buyers to read.
If you use a serif font, preview it to make sure headings and body text pair well at your chosen weights.
Common questions
How long does it take to generate a preview?
Usually a few seconds.
Does the preview use real files from my listing?
No. The global preview uses sample placeholder files. The listing-specific preview uses the listing's actual metadata but does not expose real download links.
Can I download or share the preview PDF?
You can right-click the viewer to save or print the sample PDF for internal review.
