Refund Policy
ListingView offers refunds only under specific conditions. This article outlines when you may be eligible and how refund rules differ by region.
Refund eligibility
Refund eligibility depends on your subscription type:
Monthly subscriptions: Non-refundable. You can cancel at any time to prevent future renewals, but the current month's fee will not be refunded.
Annual subscriptions — Worldwide: You are entitled to a refund if you cancel within 7 days of your initial purchase.
Annual subscriptions — EU and Turkey residents: You are legally entitled to a refund if you cancel within 14 days of your initial purchase.
Late requests: Refunds cannot be issued if the request is made after the applicable 7-day or 14-day period.
Cancellations, downgrades, and unused terms
Canceling your subscription does not guarantee a refund for any portion of the term's fee. Refunds are not provided for unused time on an active subscription.
If you downgrade your plan, any unused amount will be credited automatically and can be applied to future purchases.
Token Packs and Add-Ons
Token Packs and Add-Ons are non-refundable. Once purchased, these are considered final sale and cannot be returned or refunded, regardless of whether they have been used.
Billing and payment processing
ListingView's payment processing is handled by Stripe. You are responsible for all subscription fees, taxes, and charges incurred during your monthly or annual term.

Am I eligible for a refund if I cancel my ListingView subscription shortly after purchase?
